swimming is known as one of the best sports to do just to keep healthy since it requires the use of most muscles in the human anatomy. Being part of a swim team is a great environment to be in because you are surrounded by people who are determined and healthy. However it often the health comes along with pain and constant trips to the physio; usually for shoulder problems. Along the way you get to meet many amazing people, to train beside and help each other through the tough training sessions.

for swim squad training you need a lot of equipment. Some pieces of equipment can range between squads depending on your level and your coaches preference. But below I will make a list of all the possible equipment you might possibly need.
